Your plan includes a number of marketing contacts and a monthly send allowance of 2 sends per contact on Free, 10 on Pro. Free includes 250 contacts, so that is 500 marketing emails a month — one newsletter plus one announcement to 250 people, rather than two newsletters. The allowance is spent in emails, so a second subscriber list uses the same budget faster instead of needing its own. Tickets, receipts, password resets and event updates are not marketing and never count against it.

Marketing sending pauses until you upgrade or remove contacts. There is no per-contact overage charge and nothing is billed by surprise — we warn you at 80% and again when you reach the included number. Transactional email is completely unaffected: tickets, receipts and event updates keep going out as normal.

Yes, on any paid plan — importing a list is not available on Free. One upload can carry up to 5,000 rows on Pro and 50,000 on Scale, Enterprise has no limit, and you can run as many imports as you need. If you can show us where the list came from — an export from Ghost, Beehiiv or Mailchimp that still has the signup dates in it — we start sending to more of it right away. Without that evidence we still take the whole list; we simply begin with a smaller first send and open it up as the results come back. That is about the first send only, never about how much you may upload. Every import can also be rolled back for 30 days: a rollback removes the contacts that import added and stops anything still queued to them, but it cannot unsend mail that has already gone.

How long a message's delivery evidence (accepted, delivered, bounced, clicked) is kept depends on your plan: 30 days on Free, 90 on Pro, 365 on Scale and Enterprise. This is decided once, when each message sends, from your plan at that moment — a later upgrade or downgrade never reaches back and changes it for mail you already sent, only for what you send after the change.

Yes. Publishing is included on every plan: posts, the public index page and the RSS feed. The only difference is scheduling — on the free plan you can schedule a post up to 7 days ahead, and paid plans have no limit.

Yes, on every plan. Show a stage’s QR code or 6-character join code and anyone in the room can vote in polls, upvote questions, react and ask a question — no sign-up. A join code is good for 24 hours, a guest pass lasts 12 hours, and each stage admits up to 500 guests at a time. Guests cannot watch the stream, moderate or rate sessions; if they sign in later, their answers are linked to their account.

Yes! The Free plan includes everything you need to get started with meetup-style events. No credit card required.

Yes, you can switch at any time. When switching to yearly, you save the equivalent of 2 months.

We use soft limits — you'll never be blocked mid-event. You'll receive notifications as you approach your limits, and overage charges apply for streaming and recording usage beyond your allowance.

Yes. Every plan has a default monthly overage cap so metered usage can never run away: $25 on Free, $250 on Pro and $250 on Scale. Enterprise is uncapped by negotiation. You can set your own cap at any time in Billing → Maximum overage charges; leaving that field blank keeps your plan default.

You can downgrade at any time. Your current plan features remain active until the end of your billing period.

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise plans can also pay by invoice.

A small platform fee is applied to paid ticket sales. The fee decreases as you upgrade to higher tiers — from 5% on Free down to 0% on Enterprise.
